How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Normi account directly from the app or by contacting us via email.
Option 1: Delete from the App
- Open the Normi app
- Go to Settings (tap your profile icon)
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
Option 2: Request via Email
If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us:
Email: contact@normiapp.com
Please include the email address associated with your Normi account in your request. We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, bio, profile picture)
- All messages and chat history
- AI conversation history
- Notes, reminders, and projects
- Uploaded files and documents
- Subscription and payment history (processed by RevenueCat)
- All other data associated with your account
Important Information
Please note:
- Account deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription or free trial. Manage that in the App Store or Google Play before deleting
- You will lose access to any active subscriptions
- Data cannot be recovered after deletion
- Deletion may take up to 30 days to complete
Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
